Ayah Tiri , Hamili Anak Tirinya Hingga Melahirkan.
Tobaforindo || Kapolres Tapanuli Utara, AKBP Ronal Fredy Christian SH. SIK. MH didampingi Kasat Reskrim AKP Kristo Tamba, bersama Ketua Komisi Nasional Perlindungan Anak, Arist Merdeka Sirait memaparkan, tersangka AS (35) telah diringkus petugas atas dugaan tindak pidana persetubuhan terhadap anak yang dilakukan secara berlanjut.
AZP (14), yang merupakan anak pelaku telah menjadi korban kekerasan seksual ayah tiri bejat.
Kronologis Kejadian, Pertama sekali di mulai sekitar Mei 2021, pukul 14.00 WIB, di salah satu kamar milik mertua pelaku di Taput. Saat itu, pelaku menyuruh korban untuk menggosok punggungnya, kemudian menarik korban ke salah satu kamar di dalam rumah mertua pelaku, memaksa korban untuk melakukan persetubuhan.
Setelah melampiaskan nafsu bejatnya, pelaku kemudian mengancam korban untuk tidak memberitahukan perbuatannya kepada siapapun.
Ancaman yang dialami korban memuluskan aksi bejat Tersangka, hingga mengulang perbuatannya pada hari Minggu di bulan Juni 2021 sekira pukul 10.00 WIB, saat istri dan mertua pelaku sedang pergi ibadah Minggu, kemudian pelaku kembali melakukan persetubuhan lagi di tempat yang sama, satu jam kemudian.
Selanjutnya, pada Desember 2021, kondisi korban yang sudah mulai mual-mual diketahui ibu korban, lalu Ibunnya dan pelaku membawa korban berobat ke rumah sakit untuk diperiksa.
Setelah diperiksa dokter, ternyata korban telah hamil 7 bulan.
Kemudian, Ibu korban menanyai putrinya tentang siapa yang menghamilinya, namun karena takut akan ancaman ayah tirinya, korban hanya terdiam hingga pasrah diungsikan orantuanya untuk tinggal di kos-kosan di wilayah Balige, Toba.
Saat di ungsikan ke wilayah Kabupaten Toba, tersangka AS berpura-pura baik dan menghantarkan uang Rp.200 ribu setiap minggunya untuk kebutuhan korban di tempat kos-kosan nya lalu memaksa korban untuk bersetubuh.
Tindakan kekerasan seksual yang dialami korban berlanjut di awal bulan Januari 2022, sekira pukul 13.00 WIB, di kos-kosan di Balige, Toba.
Juga, di akhir Januari 2022, sekira pukul 13.00 WIB, di awal Februari 2022, sekira pukul 13.00 WIB, serta di hari Minggu 27 Februari 2022, sekira pukul 11.00 WIB, di kos-kosan korban di Balige, Toba.
Saat itu, korban sudah mulai merasa mulas pertanda akan melahirkan namun Tersangka dipaksa meladeni nafsu ayah tirinya, hingga pada sekira pukul 19.00 WIB, korban menghubungi pelaku untuk dijemput , karena sudah mengalami pecah ketuban.
Lalu tersangka datang dan membawa korban ke RSU Tarutung, namun dalam perjalanan, korban telah melahirkan, dan mendapatkan bantuan seorang bidan untuk memotong tali pusar bayinya.
Pada 27 Mei 2022, sekira pukul 15.00, korban meninggalkan rumah orangtuanya dengan hanya membawa pakaian yang melekat di badannya.
Pada 28 Mei 2022, korban yang berhasil menghubungi ayah kandungnya melalui bantuan seorang warga dijemput ayah kandungnya dan membawanya.
Di depan Ayah kandung, korban juga mengaku pernah disetubuhi secara paksa oleh pelaku sebanyak dua kali di dalam mobil Toyota Yaris yang selalu dikendarai pelaku.
Tersangka AS dinilai melanggar pasal 76d jo pasal 81 ayat 1,2,3 UU nomor 17 tahun 2016 tentang perlindungan anak.
“Sesuai UU perlindungan anak, pelaku terancam pidana penjara maksimal 15 tahun, dan kemungkinan akan ditambah sepertiga dari total hukuman atas perannya selaku orangtua yang seharusnya mengayomi korban,” imbuh Arist Merdeka.
AKBP Ronal dan Arist Merdeka mengimbau agar seluruh pihak berperan aktif dalam melindungi anak dari tindak kekerasan seksual sebagaimana telah dialami oleh korban AZP.(Jun)
