Dapat diketahui salah satu pelaku Penipuan Online yang beraksi dari balik Lapas Klas IIA Pematangsiantar tersebut bernama Fidel kini napi tersebut tinggal di Kamar AA7. Penipuan online yang dilakukan napi ini, dengan modus Asiong alias Modus Lelang Barang Elektronik.
Fidel juga memiliki orang kepercayaan untuk mengendalikan,apabila Transaksinya berhasil, orang tersebut direkrut dari luar,dan fungsinya memegang sejumlah Nomor Rekening.
Sejumlah nama penipuan Online lewat Telepon yang beraksi dari balik Lapas Klas IIA Pematangsiantar diantaranya ada Dedi Hutagalung penghuni kamar BB7, modus Lelang. Bahkan Dedi juga dapat membuat Sertifikat Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara & Lelang (KPKNL) yang diduga adalah sertifikat bodong,serta Nomor rekening atas nama inisial SFN.
