Toba For Indo || Medan, Ketua DPD PBB Sumut D.Martin Siahaan ST, melakukan silaturahmi dengan sesama anggota DPD PBB Sumatera Utara dan pemberian santunan serta bantuan kepada 40 anak yatim piatu di kafe Othree Medan Helvetia, kecamatan Helvetia, kotamadya Medan, Minggu (26/12/2021).

Santunan yang diberikan berupa paket Jajanan, amplop dan bantuan beras untuk anak yatim.

Ia menyebutkan, silaturahmi ini merupakan agenda rutin Safari Organisasi untuk membantu anak yatim piatu, jompo dan dhuafa, yang ada di Sumatera utara.

“Ini salah satu bentuk kepedulian kita terhadap anak yatim piatu di wilayah Sumatera Utara, dan tentunya Kami melakukan kegiatan ini bukan hanya untuk hari ini tetapi bisa lanjut di hari
berikutnya dan pemberian ini dilakukan bukan hanya kita namun ketua Dpc lainnya juga melakukan hal yang sama di sumatera utara ini,”kata Martin.

Baginya, anak yatim merupakan potensi dan aset di wilayah Sumatera Utara yang harus kita jaga, dibina dan kita harus ikut serta memajukan ilmu pengetahuan agar menjadi generasi penerus bangsa yang berakhlak karimah (bersifat terpuji).

“Segala sesuatu itu sangat indah didalam melewati tahun 2021. Untuk memulai sesuatu, butuh sebuah keberanian, dan untuk menyelesaikannya, butuh jiwa yang kuat maka Jadilah pemaaf, yakni memaafkan diri sendiri, lalu memberikan pemaafan yang besar pada orang lain”. Pungkas D.Martin ketua DPD Sumut

Selain memberikan sembako kepada anak Yatim, Ketua DPD Sumut D.Matin Siahaan ST juga berbagi dengan jajaran DPD Sumatera Utara dengan memberikan 5 kg beras/ orang yang ikut hadir dalam acara tersebut.

“Kita harus bisa bermanfaat buat sesama kita dan orang lain kalau kita memang benar tumbuh kasih didalam hati dan jiwa kita”. Pungkasnya lagi

Dalam penyerahan tersebut secara bergantian dilakukan sesuai dengan tupoksi jajaran masing masing. Dimana setiap kabiro memberikan donasinya kepada anggotanya dan setiap kabiro penyerahannya dilakukan langsung Oleh Ketua DPD PBB Sumut.
