Tobaforindo.com | Palu, Satu orang Anak Berhadapan Hukum (ABH) atau Anak Binaan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas II Palu ikuti Pelatihan Fasilitator bagi Pendidik Sebaya dan Konselor Sebaya tingkat Kota Palu Tahun 2023, Sabtu, (11/2) pagi.
Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 2 Palu bersama Generasi Berencana (Genre) Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dilaksanakan di Ruangan Praktik Siswa SMKN 2 Palu dan turut diikuti oleh beberapa Pusat Informasi dan Konseling (PIK) Remaja pada Sekolah Menegah Atas di Kota Palu.
“Kami sangat senang kegiatan ini dapat terlaksana hari ini yang tujuannya untuk membekali kelompok remaja guna mengetahui dan mengantisipasi segala persoalan remaja di Kota Palu ini, saya harap anak-anakku sekalian dapat belajar dengan sebaik-baiknya, karena kalianlah yang akan menjadi garda terdepan pada kelompok remaja,” jelas Siti Atira, Wakil Kepala Sekolah bidang Kurikulum.
Pada pelatihan tersebut, seluruh anak pun akan mendapatkan berbagai pembekalan materi, seperti Binsa Suasana, Peran Partisipasi Remaja dalam Penurunan Stunting di Kota Palu, serta dilanjutkan dengan praktik bedah modul yang akan dipandukan oleh para narasumber dari BKKBN maupun Forum Genre Sulawesi Tengah
Sementara itu, mendampingi anak binaan secara langsung, Muh. Fauzi selaku Kepala Subseksi Pendidikan dan Bimbingan Kemasyarakatan menyebutkan bahwa kegiatan tersebut merupakan bagian implementasi dari kerja sama LPKA Palu bersama BKKBN Sulawesi Tengah, ia pun berharap agar sang anak dapat mengambil pelajaran sebaik mungkin sehingga kedepan dapat turut serta membangun daerah ke arah yang lebih baik.
“Pastinya kita akan terus mendorong agar anak binaan kita bisa menambah ilmu pengetahuannya, kami harap agar mereka bisa dapat berguna untuk masyarakat sehingga dapat turut serta menjadi bagian dalam pembangunan daerah ini kearah yang lebih baik,” tutupnya. (Red)
