Berulang Kali Curi Sepeda Motor, Pria Kuli Bangunan Akhirnya diamankan Sat Reskrim Polresta Deli Serdang
Tobaforindo || Deli Serdang, Sabtu (25/06/22), ED alias Dian Sampek (27) warga Psr 4 Dsa Bandar Kalipah,Kec.Percut Seituan,Kab. Deli Serdang diamankan Polisi atas dugaan Pencurian Sepeda Motor pada hari Senin 20 Juni 2022.
Informasi dihimpun, pada hari Sabtu, Tanggal 18 Maret 2022, Sekira Pukul 03.00 wib korban yakni Okta S (25) warga Pagar Merbau yang sedang berkunjung di rumah temannya di Jl. Bakaran Batu, No. 09, Desa Tumpatan, Kec. Beringin, Kab. Deli Serdang.
Lebih lanjut, teman korban yakni Tri Handoko tiba tiba mendengar suara gaduh gerbang rumahnya, setelah dicek ia mendapati gerbang rumah sudah terbuka dan ada 2 (dua) orang yang sedang mendorong sepede Motor milik korban.
Proses penyelidikan Sat Reskrim Polresta Deli Serdang berbuah hasil pada hari Senin tgl 20 Juni 2022 sekira pkl.15.30 wib, pihak kepolisian mendapat informasi dari masyarakat bahwa tersangka ED als Dian Sampek sedang berada Jl Pasar 4 Desa Bandar Kalipah kec Percut Sei Tuan kab Deli serdang. Tak butuh waktu lama, petugas langsung mengamankan tersangka dan membawanya ke Polresta Deli Serdang untuk diinterogasi.
Hasil interogasi, ED mengaku telah melakukan aksinya diberbagai tempat seperti di Desa Buntu Bedimbar tersangka mencuri 1 unit R2 Honda Vario, selanjutnya di Desa Batang Kuis Pekan jln Pulo gambar dekat klinik ganesa tersangka berhasil mencuri 1 unit R2 Honda Vario dan di Desa Perbaungan Kec.Perbaungan Kab Serdang Bedagai tersangka mencuri 1 unit Honda Supra X 125 dan di Wilayah kab Binjai 7 tkp, dengan rincian : 3 unit Honda Beat, 2 unit R2 Honda Supra x, Honda Revo 1 unit, Honda Vario 1 unit, Tahun 2020. modus pelaku dengan memotong gembok pagar rumah korban dengan gunting besi., Serta di menteng,medan barat 1unit honda Beat warna putih biru,modus dengan cara memotong gembok pagar rumah korban,tahun 2021, Psr VII desa Tembung 1 tkp tahun 2021.Bandar Setia 1 tkp Honda Scopy warna Abu-abu pada tahun 2021.
Mewakili Kapolresta Deli Serdang, Kasat Reskrim Polresta Deli Serdang Kompol I Kadek Hery Cahyadi SIK SH MH. mengatakan tersangka selalu melakukan aksinya bersama temannya.
” Saat ini tersangka sedang menjalani proses hukum di Polresta Deli Serdang dengan pasal yang dipersangkakan Pencurian dengan pemberatan pasal 363 subs 362 KUHP yang ancaman hukumannya tujuh tahun penjara” ungkap Kasat Reskrim Polresta Deli Serdang.(Mrk)
