TOBAFORINDO.com | Bawaslu Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan (Humbahas), Melaksanakan sosialisasi diskusi terbuka bersama stakeholder, engurus Partai Politik (Parpol) TNI/POLRI dan rekan Media, di Hotel Martin Anugrah, Desa sosor gonting, Kecamatan Dolok sanggul, Kabupaten Humbahas, Rabu(22/11/2022).

Ikut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Ketua Bawaslu, Polres Humbahas, Pemerintah Desa, Insan Media dan  Pimpinan Partai Politik di Kab.Humbahas.

dalam kata sambutan ketua Bawaslu Kab.Humbahas Henry W Pasaribu, Bawaslu mengundang TNI/POLRI, kepala desa, perangkat desa, serta Pengurus partai politik  dan juga  PWRI humbahas agar dalam pelaksanaan Pemilihan Umum yang di gelar tahun 2024 mendatang, untuk turut serta melakukan pengawasan, supaya Pemilihan Umum nanti berlangsung dengan aman kondusif, jujur dan adil yang tidak menimbulkan sengketa atau pelanggaran dalam proses pemilihan.

Ketua Bawaslu humbahas memaparkan terkait Penyelesaian Sengketa pemilu,

Syarat formal dan materiel laporan FORMAL
-Nama dan alamat pelapor
-pihak terlapor
-waktu penyampaian tidak melebihi batas waktu,

MATERIEL
-waktu dan tempat kejadian dugaan pelanggaran pemilu
-uraian kejadian dugaan pelanggaran pemilu,dan
-Bukti

Mekanisme perbaikan laporan yang belum memenuhi syarat
-Dalam hal laporan belum memenuhi syarat laporan,maka pengawas pemilu memberitahukan kepada pelapor paling lama satu(1)hari setelah kejadian awal  selesai untuk melengkapi syarat (pasal 24 ayat 1)
-pelapor diberi kesempatan paling lama dua(2) hari untuk memperbaiki setelah pengawasan pemilu ketidak terpenuhan  syarat laporan(pasal 24 ayat 4)
-perbaikan hanya dilakukan terhadap ketidak terpenuhan syarat formal identitas para pihak dan syarat materiel,
-laporan yang tidak memenuhi syarat karena daluarsa, langsung tidak diregistrasi(pasal 24 ayat 3)
-penyerah dokumen perbaikan laporan oleh pelapor diberikan tanda terima  perbaikan laporan(pasal 24 ayat 5)

Dia mengatakan, Efektifnya kegiatan pemilu 2024 lebih kurang 27 bulan sampai nanti pada masa pelantikan 2024 mendatang.

Kegiatan sosialisasi Bawaslu hari ini adalah salah satu bentuk pencegahan yang dilakukan Bawaslu terkait dengan amanah yang diperintahkan UU berkaitan netralitas TNI-POLRI,” ujar Henry pasaribu,

Ketua Bawaslu itu berharap, nantinya TNI-POLRI bisa bersama-sama melakukan pengawasan proses jalannya tahapan pemilu 2024 yang akan datang agar aman dan terkendali,

“Melalui kegiatan ini kami berharap kepada Kepolisian dan TNI serta seluruh jajarannya bisa bersama-sama mengawasi untuk mengawasi proses jalannya tahapan pemilu 2024,” Henry w pasaribu menambahkan.

Selain itu pihaknya juga meminta kepada Pimpinan Partai Politik di Kabupaten Humbahas untuk berperan mengawasi bersama.

“Teman-teman partai politik sebagai calon peserta pemilu 2024 bersama-sama Bawaslu ikut mengawasi bersama. Jadi proses pengawasan ini tidak hanya dilakukan oleh Bawaslu tetapi bersama TNI-POLRI dan unsur pemerintah,” tuturnya. (JCs)
