kenyamanan dan membuat warga resah .
Terutamanya yang merasakan hal ini bagi warga yang berdomisili di sekitaran wilayah Jalan H Ulakma Sinaga.

Soalnya disetiap Pasar Malam ini digelar, warga merasa tidak nyaman disebabkan bisingnya
kegiatan Pasar malam tersebut, dan juga menyebabkan kemacetan arus lalu lintas di wilayah itu, begitu juga dengan rerumputan yang tumbuh di Lapangan milik Pemkab Simalungun ini Rusak dan berantakan

Kondisi tersebut dapat kita rasakan terutamanya disaat malam.Kemudian aksi para pekerja parkir liar, dengan memakai jalur jalan sebagai tempat parkir, Sehingga menimbulkan kemacetan diwilayah itu. Hal ini banyak dikeluhkan sipenggunan jalan

Alasannya, karena pasar malam tersebut telah mengganggu akses pengguna jalan & mengganggu ketertiban umum.

Sementara itu, selain mengganggu ketertiban umum, Pasar Malam tersebut menimbulkan kerumunan. sehingga hal ini menjadi pelanggaran nyata pada Prokes.

Ironisnya hingga saat ini, Pemerintah Kabupaten Simalungun, juga pihak dari Kepolisian terkesan mendiamkannya. Sehingga menimbulkan kekesalan warga.

Sementara terkait protes warga ini, belum ada tanggapan resmi dari pihak kepolisian juga dari pihak Gugus tugas covid 19 Pemkab Sumalungun.(Deni S)
