Tobaforindo || Deli Serdang, AP (25) seorang laki laki warga Tanjung Morawa Kab. Deli Serdang ditangkap Pihak Sat Reskrim Polresta Deli Serdang atas dugaan pencurian dengan.kekerasan
Kejadian bermula pada hari minggu (3/10/21) sekira pukul 03.00 wib. Saat itu korban atas nama AR/Azis Ramadhan sedang menemui pacarnya.di Tanjung Morawa.
Tidak berapa lama kemudian korban AR diajak abang pacarnya atau pelaku berinisial AP untuk mengambil gaji di rumah teman pelaku yang berada di Amplas. Sekembalinya dari Amplas pelaku AP yang mengendarai sepeda motor dan korban dibonceng hingga tiba disimpang Kayu besar Tanjung Morawa pelaku memberhentikan sepeda motor lalu menoleh kekiri dan kekanan
Selanjutnya korban dibawa ke arah Sungai ular di Dusun Panglong Desa Sukamandi Hulu Kec. Pagar Merbau Kab. Deli Serdang, dilokasi tersebut AP langsung melakukan kekerasan terhadap korban degan cara memborgol tangan korban dan mencolok mata korban hingga robek lalu mendorong korban ke sungai di lokasi tersebut.
Lalu pelaku langsung mengambil barang barang korban dan pergi meninggalkan korban. Atas kejadian tersebut korban melapor ke Mapolresta Deli Serdang.
Sembilan bulan pelaku melarikan diri dari incaran Polisi, dan akhirnya personil Sat Reskrim Polresta Deli Serdang berhasil menangkap pelaku AP (25) warga Tanjung Morawa Kab. Deli Serdang tersebut pada hari Rabu 6 Juli 2022 di desa Buntu bedimbar Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa.
Saat dikonfirmasi, Kasat Reskrim Polresta Deli Serdang Kompol I Kadek H. Cahyadi, SIK mengatakan,”Pelaku AP kita jerat pasal 365 ayat 2 KUHP dengan ancaman selama lamanya 12 tahun penjara, dan selanjutnya kita akan melengkapi berkas perkaranya untuk dilanjutkan ke JPU.” Jelasnya.(Mrk)
