Lapas Kelas IIA Pematangsiantar Rutin Melakukan Pembenahan, Menjunjung Tinggi Integritas dan Menjaga Kewibawaan Institusi

Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kelas IIA Pematangsiantar Kanwil Kemenkumham Sumut secara rutin melakukan pembenahan. Lapas melaksanakan tugas sesuai SOP dan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, serta menghindari pelanggaran sekecil apapun.

Demikian diucapkan Plt Kalapas Kelas IIA Pematangsiantar, Taviv usai menggelar rajia kamar blok Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan, Senin (20/6/2022) malam. Ia mengatakan, rajia dilakukan dalam rangka meminimalisir hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Apalagi saat ini ada isu miring di media sosial yang mencoba menganggu keteriban dan keamanan Lapas.

Ada oknum yang mencoba menganggu ketertiban Lapas dengan membuat isu bahwa ada perempuan berinisial RN bebas masuk Lapas dan menginap bersama tahanan. Bahwa isu itu tidak benar, karena sampai saat ini tidak ada yang diizinkan bertamu ke dalam Lapas,” tegas Taviv.

Lanjut Taviv, bahwa secara resmi perempuan yang berinisial RN tersebut telah membuat laporan kepolisian. Diharapkan kepada lembaga kemasyarakatan, ormas, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh adat, dan pemerintah setempat terkhusus insan pers agar bersama-sama menjaga ketertiban dan keamanan.

Sesuai dengan intruksi Dirjenpas Nomor PAS-08.OT.02.02 Tahun 2020 tentang pencegahan penanganan, pengendalian dan pemulihan Covid 19 pada unit Pelaksanaan Teknis Pemasyarakatan dan berdasarkan surat edaran Dirjenpas Nomor PAS-20.PR.01.01 Tahun 2020 tentang langkah progresif dalam penanganan Covid-19 pada Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis (UPT) pemasyarakatan dalam hal proses administrasi pengusulan integerasi online seperti pengusulan PB/CB/CMB dan asimilasi keluarga hadir sebagai penjaminan WBP tersebut. Dalam hal itu pun diawasi penuh oleh CCTV Lapas.

Sebagaimana perintah harian Dirjenpas, UPT wajib meujudkan kewibawaan institusi pemasyarakatan dengan memelihara lingkungan perkantoran yang bersih, indah, rapi dan nyaman serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan berbasis e-gov dalam rangka governance. Menjunjung tinggi integritas sebagai ASN yang bersih dan bebas dari segala bentuk penyahgunaan narkoba dan berperan aktif melakukan pencegahan peredaran narkoba sebagaimana ikrar Try Dharma Petugas Pemasyarakatan.

Bekerja secara profesional, tidak melakukan pungli/praktik korupsi, dan memastikan tidak ada HP, narkoba, senjata tajam dan barang terlarang lainnya di Lapas dengan melakukan razia kamar dan blok hunian. Lapas membangun sinergitas dan kolaborasi dengan TNI/Polri dan pemerintah serta mitra Pemasyarakatan.

Lanjut Taviv didampingi KPLP, Raymond Andika Girsang, layanan penitipan barang dan makanan juga dilakukan pemeriksaan dengan baik dan benar oleh petugas P2U, bagitupun halnya dengan pihak luar dan petugas yang keluar masuk wajib diperiksa P2U, sehingga mampu mencegah masuknya barang-barang terlarang, seperti HP, Sajam, Senpi dan narkoba.

Saya bersama KPLP, Kasi Kamtib selalu memberi penguatan kepada jajaran petugas sesuai perintah harian Dirjenpas. Deteksi dini gangguan keamanan, berantas narkoba dan sinergi dengan aparat penegak hukum,” ujarnya.

Masih kata Taviv, di Lapas Kelas IIA Pematangsiantar juga rutin dilakukan pembinaan mental spritual terhadap Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP). Seperti kegiatan rohani buat agama Islam, Nasrani dan Budha. Pembinaan kemandirian dilaksanakan rutin, melatih WBP bengkel las, ukir-ukiran, miniatur, bertenun, bercocok tanam, hidroponik, beternak, menjahit, belajar salon, belajar membuat kue dan keterampilan lainnya.

Harapannya, kelak WBP yang keluar dari Lapas Kelas IIA Pematangsiantar memiliki keterampilan yang bisa membuatnya lebih baik. Serta bisa diterima kembali di lingkungan masyarakat. Sehingga tidak kembali lagi ke dalam Lapas,” pungkasnya.

Raymond Girsang menambahkan, bahwa Lapas Kelas IIA Pematangsiantar bukan anti kritik, dan terbuka untuk menerima masukan yang membangun dari seluruh elemen masyarakat dengan didukung oleh bukti yang jelas, sehingga tidak menimbulkan bentuk tuduhan dan fitnah. (R. Situmorang)
