Toba For Indo || Humbang Hasundutan, DPD Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI) Kab. Humbang Hasundutan ( Humbahas) bersama Poltak Purba selaku DPRD Humbang Hasundutan dari Partai PSI menyatakan sikap menolak Penutupan Keramba Jaring Apung (KJA) di Baktiraja, Kamis (16/12/21).

Adapun poin-poin sikap penolakan atas penutupan KJA tersebut adalah sebagai berikut :

  1. Kami sangat mendukung penataan dan pengurangan 25% KJA di Baktiraja. Tetapi menolak Penutupan.
  2. Keberadaan KJA di perairan Danau Toba khusus nya Baktiraja masih sangat kecil, hanya mampu membutuhi supplay ikan di kawasan Humbang Hasundutan.
  3. Keberadaan KJA di Baktiraja telah merupakan sumber kehidupan utama sebagian Masyarakat Baktiraja.
  4. Keberadaan KJA di Baktiraja masih bisa dan sangat layak berdampingan dgn pengembangan Parawisata di Baktiraja. Termasuk menjadi ciri wisata kuliner.
  5. Kami melihat belum adanya alih profesi yg bisa menjadi sumber kehidupan para petani KJA.
  6. Kebutuhan giji di Baktiraja masih sangat tergantung terhadap keberadaan KJA. Ikan dari KJA menjadi sumber giji yang sehat yang mudah dan murah di Baktiraja.
  7. Penetapan Kawasan Baktiraja menjadi tangkapan air selama ini tak pernah di bicarakan dan dapat perhatian dari pihak manapun. Kenapa begitu memanfaatkan Danau Toba menjadi sumber hidup, lalu di katakan Kawasan Baktiraja menjadi daerah tangkapan air.

Masih banyak hal menurut kami yang perlu di pertimbangkan, Kami menyatakan Sikap PSI Bersama Petani KJA Di Baktiraja, Kami Menolak penutup KJA di Baktiraja, berikan dulu solusi baru bisa di tutup.

Kami mohon Bapak Bupati, Gubernur, Kapolda. Terutama Bapak Presiden Jokowi, masyarakat Baktiraja memohon kearifan Bapak utk bisa melihat kondisi kami.

PSI bersama Petani KJA Baktiraja memohon Bijakan yang arif dari pengambil kebijakan.
KJA bisa berdampingan dgn Parawisata. Kerusakan Danau Toba bukan di lakukan oleh para petani KJA tetapi lebih karena perbanyaknya kerusakan lingkungan yang mengakibatkan supplay air yang berkurang

Banyaknya sampah plastik dan ejek gondok dan sampah rumah tangga yg terbuang ke Danau Toba, belum pernah ada konsen pemerintah terhadap hal ini. Danau Toba lebih banyak di kelola para pengusaha besar.

Berikan masyarakat untuk mencari hidup di Danau Toba.
