di Lapangan Haji Adam Malik Kelurahan Proklamasi Kecamatan Siantar Barat. Kegiatan vaksinasi massal AKABRI Tahun 2001 tersebut diselenggarakan dengan berhadiah sembako
Kegiatan vaksinasi itu dilaksanakan dengan cara bergotong royong,dengan memakai jasa dari team relawan vaksinator, dari nakes kota Pematang Siantar dan dari nakes Poliklinik Polres Pematang Siantar
Tampak terlihat dalam kegiatan tersebut yakni Kapolres Pematang Siantar, Waka Polres Pematang Siantar, para Kabag, Kasat dan Kapolsek serta Personil Polres Pematang Siantar.
Sebelum pelaksanaan Vaksianasi, dianjurkan kepada masyarakat dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan pengukuran suhu/tensi pada tubuh dan kemudian mengisi formulir pendaftaran,agar dapat memasuki lokasi vaksinasi.

sebanyak 1.800 orang, dengan target sasaran yakni Anak – anak berumur 12 s.d 17 Tahun sebanyak 82 Orang, Lansia awbanyak 318 Orang, Masyarakat umum 858 Orang, Maayarakat Rentan 542 Orang. Jumlah Vial / Dosis Vaksin yang digunakan 180 Vial / 1800 Dosis. Dan vaksin yang digunakan Vaksin Sinovac.
Dalam kesempatan itu Kapolres Pematang Siantar AKBP BOY SUTAN BINANGA SIREGAR S.I.K menyempatkan diri bercengkrama dengan peserta vaksin. Dan tak luput Kapolres mengingatkan kepada masyarakat yang telah mendapat vaksinasi I agar datang langsung ke lokasi yang telah ditentukan tempatnya untuk melaksanakan Vaksinasi dosis II.
Dengan sebaliknya Kapolres berpesan kepada masyarakat yang belum melaksanakan vaksianasi dosis 1 agar segera melaksanakan Vaksin dilokasi sekarang ini.Pungkaa Kapolres AKBP Boy disela sela kegiatan.
Kegiatan tersebut sesuai dengan mengikuti peraturan Prokea Dan dihimbau kepada masyarakat untuk tetap selalu mematuhi protokol kesehatan walaupun sudah divaksin.
